WHEN CAN I DROP OFF AND PICK UP MY PET?
You can drop off any time just let us know in advance. Pick up time is 24 hours after drop off for an overnight stay, 6-9pm for Doggy Day Care and 6-9am for Doggy Night Care.
MY PET NEEDS TO GO TO THE VET. WILL YOU TAKE THEM?
We do not take pets to the vet unless they need emergency care during their stay.
DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH RARE OR EXOTIC PETS?
Currently, we only care for dogs and cats. Please contact us with details about any other pet.
ARE YOU INSURED?
While most popular pet sitting/walking apps don't have any insurance, we provide an extra layer of added security with our insurance to put you at ease.
DO MY PET NEED TO BE UP TO DATE ON VACCINATIONS?
Yes, dogs and cats need to have all core vaccinations. You will see which vaccinations are needed on the booking page. We will deny service for any pet that's not vaccinated. Owners must provide proof of vaccinations before or on arrival.
